The Cordage, Sail Cloth &c on board the Sloop Scorpion you must proceed with immediately to Fredericksburg and deliver to Capt Eleazer Callender for the use of the Dragon. in your way you must call at Hampton and deliver Capt [George] Muter what Cordage you have on board for the Hero Galley. after you have discharg'd the above Articles apply to Mr James Hunter Sr. in or near Fredericksburg for such Articles as he may have ready for the use of the Navy, which you are to bring to Queens Creek on York River making what dispatch you can. If any Enemy in the Bay be very careful in avoiding them.
