Sir I received this Letter2 on Saturday last [September 2] just as I was leaving Albany after compleating the business with the six Nations as I must go on slowly I think proper to send it by the Post but hope to be in Phila by Sunday next [September 10] at farthest, & on Tuesday be able to present to the Congress an Account of our proceedings I have the Honor to be Sr [&c.]
