Last Sunday [October 15] was conducted into New London, by a Norwich Vessel, a Ship belonging to Virginia, which had been dismasted in the Storm of the 2d of September; she has 8000 Bushels of Grain on board, which the Captain says he was carrying to England, but the Matter will be enquired into.2
