My Lords Commrs of the Admty having received a Letter from Captain Dent of His Majesty's Ship the Arethusa, giving an account of his having detained the Peggy, Snow, Robert Martin Master, he having found her laden with Gun Powder and Arms, I am commanded by their Lordships to send you herewith a Copy of the said Letter for the information of the Earl of Dartmouth, and to signify their Lordships desire, to be informed, whether the said Snow is to be detained, or permitted to proceed on her Voyage I am Sr [&c.]
