Off Norfolk in Virginia at 3 A M the Rebels fird on a party of Volunteers who were bringing off some Tabaco from the Shore belonging to the British Merchants here, fird several Shot and Dispers'd them arrived here our Tender with a small sloop taken from the Rebels. 2
