Sir We are sorry to hear of the Seisure of the Vessels you mention in your's of the 7th, however we hope the Report about [William] Neil's Schooner may not be true ー 2 as we may probably think of giving some further Instructions to your Captain, we shall take it as a Favor, if when he comes down, you will accompany him.
