To all whom it may concern,
Notice is hereby given, that a court of admiralty will be held at the court house in Baltimore—Town, on the 11th day of August next, at 10 o'clock in the morning, then and there to try the truth of the facts alledged in the bill of William Gosland, commander of the privateer the Revenge, who, as well in [behalf of] himself, as the officers, marines, seamen, and all others concerned in said privateer, against the sloop Maccaroni, her tackle, ap parel, furniture, cargo, &c. — lately commanded by a certain Robert Shaw. — To the end that the owner or owners of the said sloop, and her cargo, &c. or any person concerned therein, may appear and shew cause, if any they have, why the same should not be condemned, according to the prayer of the said bill, [&c.]2
