The Roebuck having been on Shore by which Accident some of the Transports, that were to have gone under Captain Hammonds Convoy would otherwise be retarded in their Passage down Chesepeak Bay, I desire you will proceed with the Isis with all suitable expedition off of Swan Point, where you are to remain untill you are joined by the Ships named on the other side haveing onboard Provisions, & Ordnance Stores for the Army. When they are arrived, you will Please to proceed down the Bay with those Transports under your Convoy, & in other respects according to your former Orders, Taking all necessary Precautions for the safe Navigation of the Ships & Transports under your Care.
