Run away from the Diligence galley,¹ Richard Tolley, a Scotchman, about five foot high, much pock marked, and has very light hair. Had on when he went away, a white cloth jacket, and a white fulled² cap. He pretends to be a seaman, and is very talkative. Whoever apprehends the said deserter, and secures him so that he may be again taken into the naval service of this state, shall have ten dollars reward.
