I am directed by Lord George Germain to desire you will move the Lords Commissrs of the Admty, to give the necessary Orders that the following Persons may be permitted to take their Passage to New York onboard the Springfield Transport now at Portsmouth, or any other Ship in the Service of Government bound for that Place which can with Convenience receive them Henry White Esqr, a Member of His Majesty's Council for New York Samuel Cornell Esqr a Member of His Majestys Council for North Carolina Mr John Stephenson of Mr White's Family Malcolm Mc Isaac Steward to Govr Tryon.
