My Lord,
Having receied a Letter from Commodore Sir Peter Parker dated in Cape Fear River the 15th May, giving an account of his arrival there on the 3d of that Month, with the several Ships Transports &ca therein mentioned, and of his proceedings up to the date of his said Letter; We send your Lordship a Copy thereof together with the Papers therein referred to, for His Majesty's Information.
We send your Lordship also a Copy of a Letter We have received from Vice Admiral Visct, Howe dated off Halifax the 23d of last Month, and desiring you will please to lay the same before the King, for his Information.2 We are &ca
