That your Petitioners have been in the Service of the State nearly six Months, have made several Cruizes but all of them unsuccessfull by which they have not been able to supply themselves with any of the necessaries of Life: & your Petitioners are now reduced to such a Situation (not having as yet received any Wages,) as obliges them to Petition your Honors for some Releif:ー
