The Court having hezrd the Evidences on Both sides do Resolveー
1st That Mr Mathriman has been guilty of breach of Ordres
2d That he has been Guilty of a Breach of the 30th Article in insulting Capt Hallicー
3d That it is the Judgment of this Court, that Lieutt Mathriman for the above Offences: bee Order'd to ask Capt Hallics Pardon before said Court, and that he does not presume in future, to be guilty of the Like Offences, on pain of being Cashieredー
