Agreeable to resolve of Congress, a Commission for Letter of Marque was this day granted to Michael Barstow, Commander of the Brig Industry, mounting Ten Carriages' Guns, (4 Pounders,) Burth en about 100 Tons, navigated by Twenty-five men, owned by Blair McClenachan.
