In Council of Safety, [Philadelphia] October 31st, 1776. By order of the Council, two Blank Commissions for Privateers or Letters of Marque, were delivered to Messrs. James Mease & Robert Mease, for a ship & Brig, to be fitted out by them in a foreign Port.
