Mr. Speaker & Gentlemen of the House of Commons:
We have received and herewith return you two resolves of your House, one for allowing John Wilcox, a certain sum therein mentioned, the other impowering Thomas Benbury and William Hooper, Esquires, to sell all the vessels that have been sunk in Cape Fear; with which this House concur.
At the same time received the resolve of this House referred to in the above Message.
