The Trumbull Frigate which was built under my Direction in this State is Still Block'd up by the Enemy,1 The Captain of her2 Proposes to make an Attempt to get her out Sometime this Month, I find myself in want of Cash to pay off the Bills which are Still due from the Frigate which will Amount to Twenty Thousand Dollars, which Sum Please to Send me an Order for on the Loan Office in This State by the Bearer Col. Wadsworth3 who Can give Your Honor any Information Respecting the Frigate which you might wish to know—I have the Honor to be [&c.]
