At Single Anchor off the Town of Trois Rivieres AM 9 Transports with Stores, Provisions &ca arrived here from Quebec, hove up the Anchor and got nigher in Shore, moored with the Stream Anchor just above the Town Fresh gales and Cloudy, Commodore [Charles] Douglas arrived here in an Armed Schooner from Quebec, got down Yards and Topmasts, got up the Spare Topmt people overhauling the rigging & Blocks. Lieutt [James Richard] Dacres ordered to Superintend the Boats, Vessels, &c going on the Lakes with the army.
