Caulfield, and am sorry to find that Wind & Weather has not been favorable for the intended attack of the Fleet this day ー I can only repeat to you Sir! That whenever circumstances shall concur to make that attack practicable, I shall do my utmost to cause a diversion and to Co-operate with you.
