Cape Ann No 65 Wt 12 Leags saw two Sail in the N W Qr made Sail & gave Chace Fresh Breezs & Clear at 6 fir'd 5 Shot at the Chace at Ā½ past fir'd 3 more at 7 fired 2 Shot and Brot too the Chace sent our Boat onbd the Prize and took possessionĀ Rec'd Prisoners onboard prov'd to be an American Schooner,2 Wore Ship and made Sail.
