Nathaniel Farley & Jacob Martin of Ipswich in said State
Humbly Shew
That Joseph Richardson Joseph Weeks and John Thomas Prisoners in the Goal in said Ipswich who were taken by Capt Fisk Commander of an Armed Vessell are desirous by your honors Leave to Enlist on board the Privateer Fair Lady Jacob Martin Commander & as your Petitioners & other owners of said Privateer are in Want of men to Man said Privateerー
Your petitioners therefore humbly pray your honors to give orders to the Keeper of said Goal to Liberate said Prisoners for the said purpose or give such Leave whereby your petrs may Enlist said Men as in your great wisdom your honors shall think proper
And your Petrs as in Duty bound &c.
