Sir/

You are desired to furnish Capt [James] Maxwell from Time to Time with such Cordage as he may have Occasion for, for the purpose of Riging fitting &c the two Frigates Ordered to be Built in this State by the Continental Congress, keeping a separate Account of the same. —
