Information being given that the Milford Frigate is in the Bay Capts Manly [John Manley] & McNeil [Hector McNeill] 2 were directed to attend the Board & desfr'd to proceed in Quest of her & the Board Would supply them with every thing they yet wanted as far as was in their Power
Order'd That Colo [Edward] Crafts deliver Capt McNeil as many Cannister Shott as he may want taking his Receipt for them ー
