This day we fell in with and took the Bark Lonsdale James Grayson Masr from White Haven to Quebeck ー after three Hours Engagement, Capt. Fisk gave chase at the same time to a Vessell which was a Frenchman and endeavour'd to come to our Assistance, but she struck before he cou'd come up to us ー
I hope she will prove to be of more Value than the first we sent. ー 2
I have sent every Necessary Paper by Mr Sibley the prize Master ー having nothing more at present, I remain [&c.]
