Lord George Germain having received Information that Pye, Rich & Wilkinson, Merchants at Amsterdam, are fitting out a Brigantine of about 200 Tons Burthen ー Browne Master, to mount 10 Carriage Guns, and to be loaded with Arms & Ammunition for the Rebels in North America; His Lordship has directed me to acquaint you therewith for the Information of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty; and His Lordship has directed me to add, that the Person who gave this Information is ready to appear and give Evidence against the said Brigantine, in case she shall be made Prize of by any_of the King's Ships.
