[Extract] My Lord./
I have communicated to my Lords Commissrs of the Admty your Letter of the 27th Instant ... transmitting a List of seven Rebel Prisoners who are on board the Blenheim, and who desire to be permitted to enter to serve on board that Ship; And in return I am commanded to acquaint your Lordship that those who were taken in the Charming Sally, if she was only a trading Vessel, 2 may be entered as part of the Complement of such of His Majesty's Ships as you shall appoint, but the others being taken in Privateers, or armed Vessels, must be sent to Mill Prison.
