A number of galliots and floating batteries, mounting from 18 to 32 pounders, carrying two latteen sails, and from 16 to 32 oars each, with a number of swivels, small arms, &c. are launched, and fit for immediate service; a boom is making. to be laid across the harbour; our magazines are filled with military stores ー great quantities are daily arriving, and every preparation is making here for carrying on a vigorous campaign.
