Resolved, That no vessel now in port, nor any that may hereafter arrive here, belonging to any port in Great Britain or Ireland, or the Islands of Jersey or Guernsey, which sends vessels to the Newfoundland fishery, be permitted td load any Bread or Flour, Beef or Pork, unless the property of those articles, be in some merchant or inhabitant of this colony and not intended for Newfoundland, until it shall be otherwise ordered by this, or the Continental Congress.
