Capt. Manly has refitted his schooner, and will sail in a day or two. 2 The Fo[we]y man of war, lately stationed off Marblehead, Salem, Beverly, &c. returned to Boston on Monday. It is said that four smaller vessels are to be sent in her stead, to block up those ports.
