Sir,
Herewith I have the honor of transmitting to you, a Copy of a Letter from Mr Stephens Secretary to the Admiralty, to Vice Admiral Graves relative to the Provisions and Supplies sent out by Government for the Use of His Majesty's Forces in America, and as it appears by that Letter, that His Majesty's Naval Forces are entitled to an equal Proportion of the Cargoes of the Vessels in the annexed List,
as the Troops under your Excellency's Command, I think it my indispensible Duty to beg the favor you will please to give such directions as you may think proper for the distribution of those Supplies.
