The last Accounts from Savannah informs us, that the Men of War have all gone down the River, and have carried with them sixteen Merchantmen; the latter were carried through the Back River, and were obliged to be lightened of great Part of their Cargoes, which were thrown into the River. We are informed that a Number of Negroes have been taken off a Gentleman's Plantation, lying on Savannah River, and carried on board the Men of War.
