Sir The committee [of Safety] requests you would solicit the honble. Congress to spare to this Province Ten or fifteen of the largest Cannon that have been taken at the Island of [New] Providence As we apprehend they will be wanted for the protection of this City before a Supply can be otherwise obtain'd 2
We also send a Letter received by Express from Henry Fisher that the Congress may take such order for bringing up Lt.[George] Ball as they shall judge fit.3
