Court open'd as usual by makeing Proclamation The Memorial & order return'd by the Marshall as on file
Proclamation made for all claimers as usual none appeard Information exhibited by James Monk Esqr Sollicitor General now read as on file. Alexander Graeme Esqr Commander of his Majestys Ship the King Fisher being duly Sworn declares that on the twenty eigth day of February last he took the Brig Juno of[f] the Cape of Delaware Standing in for Philadelphia he took Possession of her that morning one of the men gave Information that there was Powder on Board and upon Searching afterwards he found 24 Hogsheads Salt Petre 12 Barrels of Sulphur, 20 Barrels Gun Powder, he carried the Vessel into Hampton Road
The Gun Powder he put on Board the Roebuck the Sulphur and Salt Petre he brought to Halifax and that he also brought the Master Captn . [William] Keith and several of his hands and that the Papers produced by him were all the papers he found on Board the said Brig— Papers filed No 1 to 3—
