My Lords,
In answer to your Lordships Letter of the 19th Instant, desiring to be informed when the six Regiments ordered to embark at Cork, and the Highland Corps which are to be embarked in the Clyde may be expected to be ready, and the number of those Troops; I have the Honor to acquaint your Lordships, that each of the Six Regiments ordered to embark at Corke, consists of 677 Men Officers included, that 60 Women and 12 Servants are allowed, & 86 Tons will be wanting for the Baggage. The 42d Regiment of Highlanders consists of 1168 Men, Officers included, 80 Women & 16 Servants are allowed, and 140 Tons for Baggage. Fraser's Corps consists of 2098 Men, Officers included, 160 Women & 32 Servants are allowed, and 280 Tons will be wanted for the Baggage; and they will all be in readiness to embark, at the places directed for their Embarkation the middle of next Month.
