Portsmouth, Decr 16, 1775.
Pursuant to the above order, 2 We the subscribers determined on & transported four vessels for the purpose abovementd & valued the same. Since wch findg it unnecessary they shou'd lay any longer at their mooring & have return'ci them to the respective wharves from whence they were taken & deliver'd them to the several owners unhurt; but that one of the Cables & Hawsers are injured by use, of wch a future Estimate may be made, if the owners require it.
