Presuming that every intelligence regarding captures by Rebbel privateers, (especially when carried into any Port in Europe), may be of use to Government; I beg Leave to acquaint your Lordship that the Sloop Kennoul, William Ramsey master loaded by my account in Barcelona with about 75 Tons of Oil & Wine, was lately taken in the chops of the Channell by a Rebbel Privateer called the Fancy & sent to Bilbao in Spain, where she is arrived; — and l have this week had advice that the American Prize Master was landing & selling the said Cargo of Oil & Wine at Bilbao, & also offering the Sloop for Sale, which proceedings were permitted by the Spanish Government — I am Your Lordship's [&c.]
