its my Entintion to Prevent the Efusion of Blod as much as in My Pour therefore I do Aquant you if you Atimpt to throw Up Any Works So as to Anoay Any Vessils from Passing or Repassing I shall Give Orders for the City to be Demolished you most Luck on the Blod of the Woman & Childron to Lay at your Duor I am with Mutch Respt.
