Commissary of Prisoners be and hereby is directed immediately to procure on the best terms he can a Sergent & ten men as a guard to serve on board the guard Ship called the Kingston now lying in Boston Harbour.—and also a Sergent & ten men as a guard to serve on board the Guard Ship called the Favourite.—and likewise a Corporal & Six men to serve as a guard on board the Guard Ship called the Rising Empire.—taking Special care to engage such persons as are firmly attached to the American cause."
