Bound on a Cruise against the Enemies of the United States, the Ship Marlborough, mounting 20 Guns, George W. Babcock, Commander, now lying at Bedford, having fought her Way out by the British Ship1 and Galley2 at Fogland; and had Capt. Babcock been fully manned, he would undoubtedly have taken the Enemy's Ship and carried her into Port. All Seaman and others who incline to take a Cruise in the Marlborough, are desired to repair to said Ship at Bedford immediately, as she will certainly sail by the 4th of January next.
