[Extract] No. 30 My Lord
Having heard that Cunningham had entered into the Harbour of Coruña, since he had been sent out of that of Cadiz, I immediately went to M. Florida blanca to express not only the Surprize, but the Concern with which I had learnt this Information. And I have received from that Minister the particulars of a very severe Reprimand which he had by Tuesday nights post written himself to General ONeil1 who commands in that part of Spain and whose Conduct and Disobedience he blamed with the strongest Expressions.2 . . .
