A Letter from St. Eustatia, of a late Date, mentions that the Seaford Frigate had seized a Vessel in that Port from Philadelphia; and on the Master's complaining to the Governor, he immediately sent a File of Soldiers to release the Vessel, confined the Lieutenant of the Seaford several Hours, and ordered the Forts to be immediately repaired.
