Ordered that the comissary General be and he hereby is directed to deliver out of the Colony Stores to Simeon Sampson Commander of the Brig Independence, or to his Order the following Articles Vizt Six Firkins Butter, four hundred Swivel Shott and Seven Swivel Gunsー
