Moor'd in the Bason of Quebec A M, a part of the foreign Troops disembark'd2 ー heard from Captn Charles Douglass that Lieut Hervey had seen the Rebel Fleet (consisting of 12 Sail) retiring on the Lake, and kill'd 7 or 8 in a Boat belonging to the Sternmost, a Schooner of 8 guns.3
