Notice is hereby given, That the Maritime Court for the Southern District will be held at Plymouth, in the County of Plymouth, on Friday, the 15th Day of November, 1776, at the Hour of Ten in the Forenoon; to try the Justice of the following captures, viz. Of the Ship called the Esther and her cargo and Appurtenances, of about 350 Tons burthen, lately commanded by John Harvey, ー Of the Schooner called the ー Polley, of about 90 Tons burthen, lately commanded by Christopher Bosset, and her Cargo and Appurtenances, against which Vessels, their Cargoes and Appurtenances, Libels are filed before me, they having been brought into the Southern-District aforesaid. ー And the Owners of said Captures, or any Persons concerned, may appear and shew Cause (if any they have) why the same, or either of them, should not be condemned.
