You are hereby ordered forthwith to remove the Prisoners mentioned in the Schedule Annexed — amounting to Twelve in number, if they are found within your Precinct — to the Town of Marblehead in the County of Essex, there to be delivered to the Sheriff of the said County of Essex, his under Sheriff or deputy, or to the Commitee appointed to negotiate the Exchange of Prisoners, together with a Copy of this Precept — hereof Fail not, and make return of this precept with your doings hereon into the Secretary's Office as soon as may be —
