We request the favor of you to bid for the Brigg,2 that was taken by Captn Cooke and buy her for the State at all Events; also to take Care, and purchase the rum, or any other Part of the Effects, condemmed, that may be useful to the public, and are to be had at a moderate Price. — should you not care to act, be pleased to get some other Person to bid. — if the Snow Georgia, or any other of the vessels are to be had upon Terms you think reasonable, be so good as to buy them for us.
