Last night advice was received of the Enemy's Fleet leaving our Capes, and standing off to the South-East, and when the last Accounts came away, the whole were out of Sight. The Minds of the People here are greatly reĀlieved by this Intelligence. It is imagined their coming this Way was only a Feint to draw General Washington's Army as far Southward as they could, and that they intend to go to the Eastward.
