I have received their Lordships Order of the 16th Inst to take the Army Victuallers under my Command, and have also received a List of them, with a Copy of their Charter Party ー Lord Cornwallis came to Portsmouth last night, the money will be down this evening, and to morrow it shall be ship'd on board the Bristol.
