Upon Motion Resolved Uny, That Messrs S. Purviance, Isaac Griest, Benjamin Griffith, William Buchanan, & Thos Harrison be a Committee to devise and point out to the Council of Safety the best Modes for fortifying, and defending Baltimore Town, and to make out an Estimate of the Expences of each ー
