The Council requested of Mr. Samuel Purveyance Chairman of the Commee of Observation in Bait Town that said Commee would furnish them with a Chart of the North East branch of Potapscoe River from Whetstone point, also the Soundings or Depth of the Water between that point and Gorsuch's point, also a plan of fortification and Cheveaux de frise or other obstructions to be placed in the River together with an Estimate of Expence. ー
